Return and Exchange Policy:
-There are no refunds (Store credit will be issued)
-All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code
-All sale items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.
- Bodysuits and swimwear are non-returnable
-Eligible items will only be accepted for size exchange.
-Exchange items must be unworn and unwashed , and in original condition (including all paperwork) with tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping fees attached to the return/exchange process
-Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
Please check merchandise immediately All damages/ size exchanges must be claimed within 2 days of delivery and store credit will be issued.
All shipped items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Under these circumstances:
Buyer changes mind, refuse of delivery, item returned in a different condition than what was originally shipped out by seller

. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery error via carrier, or incorrect shipping information

- When your order is ready for pick up you will receive a pickup message.
Please contact us at 757-774-5126 to schedule your pick up. Please include your order number and the day/time you would like to pick up.
