Refunds are a hassle and we want to make your experience hassle-free so store credit is issued and can be used instantly and never expires!

  • Damages must be claimed within 7 days of delivery/ and 3 days when your item was picked up
  • Returns must be claimed within 7days of delivery/ 3 days when your item was picked up
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products, swimwear, and bodysuits.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Luxe Babe Kollection
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Luxe Babe Kollection diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

  • Bodysuits and swimwear are non-returnable
  • Eligible items will only be accepted for size exchange.
  • Exchange items must be unworn and unwashed , and in original condition (including all paperwork) with tags attached.

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Order Cancellation:

Unfortunately, we can't cancel or modify orders after they've been placed on our website. We strive for fastfulfillment times in our warehouse. Once the order has been sent, our warehouse is working on it!

Can I Return An Item

Yes, we accept returns, but we do NOT process REFUNDS. You will be issued a store credit or have the option of exchanging.

Have you received my return items. How long does the process take?

Please alow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

I received a damaged item

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.
