Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and verified. ( NOT including weekends, sales or holidays).
  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after processing 
  • Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
  • All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Express orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped out in within 1 business day.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-5 days depending on where you are located.

Luxe Babe Kollection is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

Buyer is responsible for shipping fee if package is returned under any of these circumstances.
You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within the time expressed above please contact us.
